[SML] Air Brakes/Casters

I haven't built one of these systems for many years but I don't recall
using a filter. The air from the compressor was filtered before going into
the tank on the scenery and the air needs on the scenery were so low that I
don't recall seeing moisture in any of the lines or cylinders ever.
