[SML] Was Torqueing truss, Now Grounding Truss

Having been on the receiving end of more than my share of "alerts"
over the decades from faulty PAR cans grounding through my carcass to
the truss that I was leaning against while attempting to focus said
instrument(s), I'm here to tell ya that I'm roughly 672% certain that
these star washers or dragontooth washers or whatever you wanna call
'em are ABSOLUTELY NOT necessary for conducting voltage between truss
sections properly assembled and torqued to spec.
