[SML] Floors again

I'm not in theater, but rather fitness. I built a sprung basketweave floor
based on ballet floors for leaps and kettlebell swings. There are four
layers of sleepers, a rectangular frame to keep everything together, and
the 3/4 plywood on top. I posted pictures on the facebook page just now. It
works great, actually! Problem is, the sleepers move around. A dance floor
guy told me not to try to nail or screw the sleepers together because the
nails and screws will 'back out'. I've been struggling with this issue for
almost three years. Do you have any suggestions? p.s. Just last night I
realized the solution, which will make the construction a little more
complicated but should work. I will tell you my idea after I hear yours.
Thanks.
