I agree. Fortunately, I am also an elected official (Neighborhood Council)
in Los Angeles, so the City Clerk (who also conducts the Elections) makes
sure that I get reimbursed, and knows the problem with Costco. I do not
know why Costco doesn’t accept the City of LA cards (it would be good for
their business), because I am sure that the City has paid it’s bills since
1781. Also, l’m glad that not everything has to go out for bid. I’ll just
live with the financial rules.
