[SML] Dummy loads for LED light bulb strings

An appliance light for an oven is pretty sturdy, small, and probably the 
right wattage.  It can be anywhere on the line that powers the LED 
sign.  If it's on the back, maybe use it to provide a little fill light 
back there when the sign is on.
