[SML] halogen ovens

I'm probably way behind but just read an article that air dryers are so
yesterday (I just got one this month!) and that they are being replaced
with halogen ovens. At which point I remember some exhibitor at LDI or
USITT or both cooking meat under a halogen par. They were clearly way ahead
of the rest of the world.
