$67K for a full-time-and-then-some Tech Director?  ...In Washington DC?!?!?
Sheeeeeyeah-right...
I make close to $20K/year more than that as a dumb ol' bus driver in the
Greater Cupcake metropolitan area, and I ain't got anywhere near the
responsibilities you'd have.

Around here a full-time TD starts at ~$80-90K and goes north from there
pretty quickly as the extra duties mount. Tell 'em to try again.
