[SML] TD salary range

Ditto to what everyone else said about the salary being low.

But a lot of other stuff should be going into the negotiations as well.

How are the benefits?  Is there housing assistance?  Are you overseeing other areas besides construction and paint?  How are the production budgets?  Are the staff resources sufficient to use the materials you can buy and at the quality and scale expected?  What is the condition of the shop and theaters?  What are the budgets for their upkeep?

When I started at USC the shop was a mess with very little working equipment, so the shop budget for the first years was part of the negotiations.  When I retire the huge amount of deferred maintenance in our theaters should be part of the negotiations with my successor.
