[SML] Random Vectorworks musings: why the campanile tool??

So, the question sparked a nice conversation with many who have worked at
VW for a long time. The tool was built by the lead, now retired, architect
developer for VW, or MiniCAD 8.5. It is used most often when
drawing/creating courtyards and clock towers.
