 While I wouldn't say the producers are not being pains, the production
staff of the tour are VERY protective of the Annie show brand. The three
gents who originated the show a million years ago are on our creative team,
in fact we had Martin Charnin and Beowulf Boritt here in Wilmington today,
working on the cut-down scenic design for the splits-&-one-offs legs ahead.

Sorry for your local community theatre; it's just one of those things.
