[SML] A question about scissor lift hour meters

I would guess that they measure the time that power is on to the lift. That is
how Hobbs meters are wired in every other machine metered machine I have seen.

I wouldn't rely over-much on hour readings. New replacements are cheap (often
under $25) and are trivial to change.
