[SML] polystyrene decoration on fire again

For what it's worth.  Just now I read the following on my Berlin hotel 
window sticker "Non-smoking room" and just below it on the SAME sticker 
" Please do not throw cigarette stubs out the window." Recognizing 
reality, I guess.
