*sigh* Apparently, not only do you need to tell him how to do his job, but
he *needs* to tell you how to do your job. Sad. It's a tough battle. He's
the 'Authority.'
At one point in my 'career' at one of the local high schools, we were
ordered by the AHJ to put all our latex paint in a fire-proof cabinet. I was
not consulted. The school district bought one that wouldn't hold a fraction
of the inventory. I worked in the other high school, and every other theater
building in that town, and none of them had that same restriction. Okay,
well, enough griping from me. Keep up the good fight.
