[SML] Copies of invoices policy question...

Bill, I don't know if you were referring to me or Steve Litterst, but my
comment was related to the company with whom the business relationship was
had and Ms. Starr is an employee or owner of.  I'd send a copy to another
person within Ms. Starr's company, but not to Ms. Lane's.
