Rigging system inspection
Computer updates
Video updates
Audio updates
Lumber for repairs
Misc elec parts
Genie and similar maintenence
Conference at least once a year so you stay current
Gel (full plot at least once per year, more for busy room)
Labor for bigger projects (don't rig aloft, do power tools, or paint the 
floor alone)

That's my tuppence...
