Not for us brits it isn't, we get stiffed for £0.99. And If I go to
the US website they conveniently convert that to $1.26 as they know
where I am - that includes VAT, but it is still a price hike. And why
do ebooks carry VAT anyway, physical ones don't.

I will grab it tomorrow then, and paypal you the $0.99 :)
