Well, that makes perfect sense. What're ya supposed to do? Put it in your
pocket? Jeez.

To be honest, I haven't read the copyright agreement on the book. I'll take
a look and we'll change that bit if we can.

Of course you have my permission to store my book anywhere you wish... in
any format.

Except runes.

Actually, go ahead with the runic version.

Apparently on Amazon there are a couple of ways  to give the book as a gift
to someone else. Unfortunately still electronic but we're working on
getting Createspace versions available.

And I know. It should be "book is" or "books are". I was lamely trying to
be clever.
