[SML] question for router wizards

I want to router cut some ply. The shape is composed of several
different ellipses but shouldn't matter. I plan to make a template of
mdf - this is in the range of 4 x 10 feet - and I'd like to cut
"concentric" versions of the shape all within 2-3 inches of the
smallest. I thought I'd make template based on stock router base and
smallest piece, and for larger, make larger round router bases. I
never for a second thought this was a new idea so went googling and
can't find anything on doing this. Lots of different sub bases - but
none that would follow a template on this scale. I could look at two
rollers or pins but seems nothing would be as simple and safe and
accurate as larger round bases.
Probably missing the obvious, but most seem much more expensive for a
one time diy home project.
