[SML] ETC Safety cable loop

To throw in my two cents,

I prefer the cable running through the built in cable loop because I
find that it is more out of the way for transport and focus. When the
cable is just between the body and the yoke, I always find that it
gets wedged in to the crack where the yoke is bolted to the body and
forces you to stop and tilt the instrument to pull the cable out.

Also, at strike, enthusiastic students are less likely to completely
remove the safety cable from the instrument and put it away elsewhere
if it's running through the built in point.

-Tim
