[SML] QLAB and MIDI

After trying everyone's settings with 2 different MIDI devices and phone 
calls and emails to both ETC and Figure53, I think I ended up with driver 
issues being the problem, which is neither company's issue.
ETC has a cool piece of github software called OSCRouter that worked very 
well letting me use OSC to trigger QLab through the existing lighting network.
If anyone wants more detail, I'll be happy to share. But not tonight, I 
have sewing to do for another project.
