[SML] Busking colour list

I like the idea of using palettes from both Lee and Rosco. Both ranges are comprehensive, but I tend to think that Lee is better for subtle skin tones and daylight effects and would be good for lectures and poetry readings and those classical orchestral concerts where the music and the soloist needs to take precedence over effects: But Rosco is better for vibrant colours. I love R334 Follies Pink!
