Consider the ETC ColorSource wireless relays.  Power it and up to 10
units per relay, daisy chaining data and power, and a ColorSource
transmitter with the console or whatever your control is, and done.
Almost no infrastructure.

If you just want the simplest of push button controls recalling
presets, look at the ETC Echo products.    Hard to beat for price.  I
would have to look a little on how to use Eco and ColorSource wireless
in a permanent install but I'm sure it possible.
