I have had messages getting delayed on the stagecraft list for a few years now. Sometimes delayed as long as several days.  But, this is the first time I noticed it changing the order.  The message I sent below was sent perhaps 10 minutes after the one where I give specific information about QR code.

Most smart phones can read several types of bar codes , including the checkerboard looking types, which can contain more info.  The checkerboard type can contain a web page address that the smart phone will automatically go to.
I don't know how large they need to be in the camera's view. but, it might be located on a poster overhead, so people don't have to wait in line to scan it.  I imagine that the link could contain the same address for all performances, and then the web page content is changed to show whatever the current show is. Or alternatively, give the audience a half-letter sized sheet that has the most basic info, and the bar code on it.
