I would look into upgrading to a relay panel and LED lights before
replacing dimmers, LEDs have a known payback period and qualify for grants,
both things that help get new gear

Cheap single (Elation Uni Bar) or 4 channel (Elation Cyber Pak) dimmers can
be added when actual dimmers are needed

Also if you want to salvage your dimmers,  there are companies that do
retrofit systems, not sure about the Capio system, but johnson systems do
upgrades for strand gear
