[SML] WAY, WAY, WAY O.T. : Death and Politics

I started this because SML is the only group of diverse intelligent men 
and women  I know.  Almost all of my in-house drinking buddies have died 
or moved.  I was afraid to post to the list as are several others who 
agreed w/me and replied personally.  It was going well until somebody 
decided to use insults, ridicule,  and bombast instead of logic.  I know 
the SML policy well and it took me months to finally send it.  I thought 
I labeled it w/enough warning, but I guess not.  I certainly tried not 
to "force" my opinions  upon you.

But if I don't say anything now it may not be long before they come for 
me and mine.  Not hyperbole!  So my wife and I are joining an active 
Anti-Trump movement and attending the 1st meeting next week.  I'm old, 
but I've got to do something. This man and cronies are dangerous!

Thanks for all the good times I've enjoyed on SML and with some of you 
personally..  I'll miss it.  Perhaps it's time SML to grow up from a 
bull shitting bar crowd and face theater and job reality (attack on 
"Hamilton" and media) and not alternate facts.  If you agree or
