[SML] Educational sources on time code and sync

John Huntington is actually one of the people who referred me to the job!
But it's true, I completely forgot to look in his book. I don't recall it
going into great detail on the specifics of timecode, but it's been a few
years since I read it. I'll have to touch base with him.
