[SML] Problem with I-Que on Element Desk

I am using a couple of Rosco I-Que scanning mirrors in the show I am currently
designing and have run across a problem.

When I set the I-Ques to 8 bit mode and patch the 8B configuration into the
Element desk, the moving light controls work perfectly. But when I set them to
16 bit mode and patch the Element with the 16B configuration, the pan works
correctly but the tilt jumps all over the place.

Has anyone else encountered this problem with the I-Que?
