Maybe. But I think the electrics should still be changed to truss. I don't
really trust pipe and floor flanges.

Well, having two people "just ain't gonna happen".

I am getting rather ancient and do not have nearly the strength I used to
have. I can hardly hold a S4 ER out at arm's length any more. So wrestling a
really heavy ladder may be outside my physical capabilities.
