[SML] Cell Link Adapter

Our alarm company has notified us that many alarms around here are 
starting to issue communications errors due to changes the phone company 
is making (cheaper for them, worse for us).  Anyway, they suggest a 
"Cell Link Adapter" which, of course, they will happily sell us with 
installation.

These seem to be fairly simple devices, any suggestions on a good brand 
that doesn't cost a fortune?
