[SML] FOH hang and focus safety improvement needed

There are 3 electrics, which would require three focus tracks.

I do not believe that the solution is safe enough for untrained persons. Nor
is solo usage reasonable - a second person is needed on the deck to send
instruments/cables up/down.

Transferring from a ladder to the chair would not be safe - even for a well
trained and experienced user.
