[SML] Tornado Effect For Oz Christmas Ballet

I saw one of the cirque tent shows do a tornado effect with a number of
fans that popped up out of floor traps. they were arrayed in a circle. It
was impressive.
I am not sure what the specifics were, but it might be worth some
experimenting.IIRC they tossed glitter into the airflow as well.
