[SML] Cataract Lens selection

Cataract surgery is different than Lasik, both in procedure and results. 
I've had the former (in both eyes) over the past two years, and opted 
for replacement lenses that corrected for distance. Since then, I've had 
perfect distance vision (for the first time since kindergarten), and 
been able to get by with cheap readers for close-in stuff.

I've had no glare issues at all with my artificial lenses.
