[SML] Stage floor designers/installers on the West Coast

Nancy,
We did a slab to surface rebuild of our stage about 8 years ago. I think I 
still have the costs for materials and the drawings at work somewhere. I'll 
shoot them over to you tomorrow.
For install, we did it ourselves, but Stagecraft Industries out of Oregon 
could do it, too.
