[SML] Batten Clamps Question

The second hole on the batten clamp is to suspended something from the batten clamp.
One bolt above the batten and one bolt below. 
Shackle, bolt, rapid link...whatever...(as long as it has an appropriate load rating) goes in the bottom hole to hang the track.
