[SML] ArtNet IP Address ranges

Is this a French or EU company?

2.xxx.xxx.xxx is allocated to RIPE.
2.0.0.0 - 2.15.255.255 is France Telecom
2.16.0.0 - 2.23.255.255 is  Akamai Technologies (and a few other)

Then you get into ORANGE (UK), Votafone (UK and EU), Emirates (UAE) and all
sorts of others...
