Torque spec::
"Tighten it down till it breaks then back off half a turn"

which reminds me of one time during my race-car-building days,
big strong  guys asked me to torque down the heads,
after busting my hump for a while I ( @~5'6" / 140#) asked
"How come I'm doing this instead of you ?"

"Because you won't break them"
