[SML] Create a cue in blind: EOS

Piggybacking with a related question: Mostly sound and video guy here, who
used to be able to get by on basic lighting 10-15 years ago, just before
tracking boards mainstreamed. Now I'm in a position where it would be handy
to be able to program a board again and trying to wrap my head around the
tracking paradigm is kicking my ass. Are there any resources out there like
"What to do when you keep wanting to hit Release: A guide to the Ion Xe for
people who were alright on an Insight"? The manual would be great if I were
trying to learn from scratch, but it's not the clearest for re-training.
