[SML] Create a cue in blind: EOS

ETC has some training modules on YouTube and sell the workbook and lessons on their website (15.00 per level, cheap!). I just went through the first three levels and it was really helpful. ETCP credit for it too. 

I had some familiarity with EOS but wanted to get familiar with using it on my laptop and the cost was well worth it.
