There are a ton of 2-in / 2-out units for podcasters and such.

A different option to consider would be if your audio console has a
Dante port (audio over Ethernet). You could buy a copy of Dante Virtual
Soundcard for $50 and install it on your Mac. It'll output up to 64
channels digitally through the Ethernet port to your audio console.
