[SML] My (kind of) new gig/ Looking for decent online lighting course

Howdy. I hope you are all thriving or at least surviving. I wasn't able
to reply to the "What are you doing these days?" post that came out a month
or so ago because I was busy transitioning into my new gig which isn't
really a new gig. For the last 22 years, I've been the Drama/ Video/
Stagecraft/ DT teacher, director, set designer (etc. etc.) at the American
School in Japan. Last year, our theater manager retired and I have quite
happily transitioned into the position where I am thoroughly enjoying
wearing just one hat. I'm still teaching stagecraft but other than that I
manage the day-to-day operations of our 440-seat (expandable to 600)
proscenium arch theater and our black box. I'm designing three main shows
and running the lights and sound crews.
Although non of this is brand new to me, I would very much like to brush up
on my lighting skills, in particular DMX, LEDs, Movers, and programming our
ETC boards. I would also be OK with reviewing basics like creating a plot,
circuiting, and color theory. Can anyone recommend a decent online course
that might help me with this? Ideally, it would be something I could do at
my own pace without required face-to-face elements, as the time difference
is a killer. I've browsed YouTube and found some helpful videos but am
hoping to find a one-stop shop. I do have some PD money I can use. Any
thoughts would be appreciated.
