[SML] Broadway, tickets for same night?

 Hi There,
For the first time, I'm going to New York mid october. Unfortunately, the
dollar is now so strong VS the Euro, that expenses must be held within
limits :-(.
Is it possible to purchase same day tickets for eg. Hamilton or Book of
Mormons with a discount?
We are four in the family, so 650€ for four seats is well out of our
budget-range.

A related question : Do any of the theatres offer backstage tours? I would
love to see 'the stables' of a large theatre on your side of the pond!
