Indeed, 'twas me.  Too many Joes around here :)

My institution is actually wrapping up a year long classification and
compensation study, doing exactly what Jim describes.

I haven't seen the results for my role yet, but the words "woefully
underpaid" were uttered in casual conversation.  We're supposed to see the
results, including our own role's placement on a percentile scale keyed to
"market rates," within a month.
