[SML] Dimmable Medium Screw Base LED lamps

We have Canto Retro units in our house lights. Replacing the PAR38-based 
units with DMX-controlled LED units would have cost 3x what the Canto units 
did (and taken us off-line for longer than we can be). I suggest testing 
them in your fixture first to see how they behave.
