Unless it is seriously faulty and the chassis has become live, I have
been on the receiving end of such a fault. And this was in 240V land,
so it hurt a LOT! The current path was from one sweaty hand to the
other, pretty much the worst case scenario - this sort of thing is
frequently fatal!
